Shipping & Returns
All postage is sent via Australia Post and will follw their standards shipping times, please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT), Express post is an option but not guaranteed by Audrey Aggie & Me however we will do our best to manage urgent orders.
Orders can be picked up from 'Booskie' at 110 East Street, Narrandera, NSW 2700. If pick up is no longer an option, a postage address is to be supplied and postage cost will be required to be paid before shipping will occur.
POSTAGE INSURANCE & SIGNATURE
If you have any concerns of risk of theft, lost or damaged goods during shipping, it is recommended that you take the option for parcel registration and insurances. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
We are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged & returned within 7 days of receiving it.
We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage). If you are seeking an exchange, you will incur the postage costs for the item(s) exchanged.
Unfortunately, we can’t grant a refund if the returned item is not in re-saleable condition. Please note that the customer will bear the incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us. However if the item is faulty, the return postage costs will be refunded.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We do not refund or exchange custom orders unless the item is faulty and you have contacted us within 7 days if receiving the order.
